Accessing Study Material via myUnisa

If your registration for 2021 has been finalized, you can directly get your study materials from the myUnisa portal. Downloading these resources is straightforward. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into MyUnisa:
    • Visit myUnisa.
    • Go to the main portal page: myunisa login required at https://www.unisa.ac.za/sites/myunisa/default/.
    • Log in using your student number and password. If you haven’t activated your myUnisa or myLife e-mail accounts, click on “Claim Unisa login” on the myUnisa homepage and follow the given instructions.
  2. Navigate to the myModules Section:
    • Click on the ‘myModules’ tab or link, located at the top of the screen.
  3. Accessing Your Module:
    • Click on “Sites” situated next to your name (top-right corner).
    • Find the module you’re interested in and click on the star next to the module’s name. This star will turn orange.
    • Close the ‘Sites’ screen. You should see a prompt: “Reload to see your updated favorite sites”. Click “Reload”.
    • Your chosen modules will now be shown in the top navigation.
  4. Download the Study Material:
    • Click on one of your module codes (e.g., ICT3621).
    • Then, click on “Official study material” in the left-hand navigation pane. Here, you’ll see the PDF versions of the available study material for the module.

Pro Tip: It’s recommended to download your study material to a PC, laptop, or tablet instead of a phone for better accessibility and readability.

For Students Awaiting Final Registration

If your registration hasn’t been finalized yet, you’re not left out. You can still access the official study material. Simply click here to access your official Unisa study material.

Note: Modules offered solely online won’t have their study materials accessible to students who haven’t finalized their registration.
