eCentennial New students login

Following your acceptance of Centennial College’s offer of admission, you will get an email with a student number and a temporary password. Use these credentials to access my.centennialcollege.ca.

You will be asked to enter your password and other personal information after you log in.

After that, you can access eCentennial by going to e.centennialcollege.ca or by clicking the eCentennial button on your myCentennial homepage.

Until you are formally registered for your program’s first semester, you cannot access any courses on eCentennial.

Quizzes, assignments and grades

You can use eCentennial to turn in assessments after reading the course materials. Using the learning management system, you may also take quizzes and view your grades.

Log into eCentennial
Click Quizzes in the top bar.
Click the title of the quiz you would like to take. You will be taken to the homepage of that quiz.
Click Start Quiz!
Click OK on the popup box. If you do not want to take the quiz, click Cancel instead.
Answer the questions. Make sure to save your responses by clicking Save underneath each question.
When you are finished, click Go to Submit Quiz.
If you are sure you are done, click Submit Quiz. Once you submit the quiz, you will not be able to redo it (unless your instructor has specified otherwise).
Confirm that you want to submit the quiz by clicking Yes, submit quiz on the popup box.

How to use Dropbox to turn in your assignment

Dropbox can be used to upload instructor-provided assignments to eCentennial. Your instructor receives your assignments from Dropbox after they have been checked for plagiarism.

On your dashboard, click Dropbox in the top bar.
Find the title of the assignment you would like to submit and press it.
Press Add a File.
Find the file you want to add to your computer and click Choose.
Add any comments in the Comments text box.
Press Submit.

Viewing your grades

You can check your grades on the “Grades” page if your assignment has been graded but no particular feedback has been provided.

On your dashboard, click Grades in the top bar.
Your grades will be displayed by assignment and will show the points achieved, the weight achieved, and the letter grade.

The student portal or central location for all things at Centennial College is called myCentennial. You can change your password and access eCentennial, myApplication, Office 365 email, myCard, and My Timetable.

Your schedule, grades, eCentennial, myCentennial College events, and more are accessible through the new Centennial College Mobile App, which is available for iOS and Android.

You may access your course schedule via the app by pressing a button, and you can navigate to each of your campuses using the maps provided. You may also check your final marks on the app to see how your most recent exam performed.

How to update the password on myCentennial

The myCentennial dashboard is where you may modify your eCentennial password.

Login to myCentennial.
Click on “My Account” in the top left corner of the webpage.
Under the “Change password” section, enter the following:
