Responsibilities:

&•Placing of orders and updating various databases and systems to maintain live and accurate information

&•Working closely with suppliers and customers to ensure on time deliveries throughout the supply chain

&•Support the sourcing of new suppliers and raw materials and grow stakeholder relationships throughout the supply chain.

&•Responsible for arranging all outbound logistics, invoicing and relevant export documentation

&•Resolving all international customer related queries.

Requirements:

•Grade 12

•At least 3-5 years relevant export experience

•Experience in a manufacturing planning environment and knowledge of Syspro will be advantageous

•Intermediate Excel proficiency

•Excellent communications skills

•Proactive and well-organised

•Ability to meet deadlines

•Excellent problem solving skills

•Detail orientated

•Ability to improve or implement new initiatives

•Great team player.
