1) LEGAL OFFICER II
Qualification and experience:
Holder of Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from recognized institution who has a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the Law school of Tanzania.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assisting in the interpretation of laws and other legal technicalities.
. Taking charge of all documents and correspondences of already assigned cases.
. Dealing with all legal routine correspondences addressed to the institution
· Drafting prescribed legal documents and correspondence.
. Assisting in the preparation and contract of civil and other proceeding involving the institution as assigned
. Procuring, maintaining law books, Acts, Government Notices and other publications.
. Providing legal opinion as may be needed by the institution from time to time.
. Performing any other duties as assigned by his/her Superior.
Remuneration:
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Government’s salary scale TGS.E
