Job description

We are recruiting for a Senior Account Director to join one of the best performance marketing agencies in South Africa. This role is based in Cape Town and reporting into the Client Service Director. There are a number of offices around the world and incredibly talented people in the business. We are looking for someone to come in and oversee operational management of complex clients. You will be working across Tech, Media and Creative projects with a large focus around Paid Media and Programmatic platforms. The agency works across a number of great industries but they are very strong within financial services, e-commerce + retail.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operationally oversee the running of a client
• Managing internal + external relationships
• Working with clients on new + existing briefs
• Scoping projects + delivery
• Financial admin – billing, invoicing + reporting
• Working with contracts, deliverables + KPIs
• Producing insightful reports for clients
• Proactively focusing on industry trends

Requirements

Your experience will include:

• Experience working as an Account Director within a performance marketing team or agency (Paid Media, Programmatic etc.)
• Strong communicator + confident
• Highly analytical + high attention to detail
• Enjoy working to targets + KPIs
• Team player who is eager to keep learning + growing
