Job description

Purpose of role

  • Generate sales
  • Sign up prospective clients
  • Client relations management
  • Learning and growth
  • Manage and service a portfolio of fibre internet clients to ensure targets are achieved

Key responsibilities

  • Engage target audience, conduct research, source and acquire new clients
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
  • Create tailored solutions that meet the client’s short and long term needs
  • Education and inform clients of benefits and opportunities employing fibre internet
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities on an ongoing basis
  • Build working relationships with clients and internally with colleagues/team
  • Provide professional client service
  • Track results and inform management of the progress of leads lists

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in sales/marketing
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own reliable transport
  • Computer literate
  • Smartphone

Advantageous

  • At least three to five years’ experience in fibre internet sales environment (Prior telemarketing and/or “customer service” experience a plus)
  • Stays in the Hermanus area
  • Contactable references
  • Fibre internet experience advantageous but sales a must
