Specialist distributor seeks a reliable, honest, and independent Regional Sales Manager to join their KZN team. If you have at least five years of solid sales experience and are interested in joining a forward-thinking company with solid support and great potential to earn healthy commissions, then this position is for you.

This position would suit an individual who has extensive sales experience, is able to self-manage and communicate with all types of clientele from retail, corporate and direct end-users. Strong knowledge of stocks, warehouse functions and delivery processes are essential.

Your main responsibilities will be to service and maintain existing relationships with clients, as well as canvas and procure new business. Advise clients of new products or provide solutions for the clients as accurately as possible. Leadership ability is a must as you will also be overseeing all KZN operations as well as two staff – the office and store manager.

Requirements:

• At least five years’ sales experience
• Matric
• Strong reporting skills as reports will be done daily, weekly and monthly
• Experience in agriculture, hygiene, pest control golf course or vegetation advantageous
• Must be able to change caps all the time and not just be focused on the sales but the customers and warehouse as well
• Building relationships is key, thus the ability to build strong client relations is essential
• Computer literate and advanced in Excel
