Balwin, is seeking to employ a resilient foreman, who works well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver on projects at their developments nationally. The criteria sought for the position is detailed below:

Foreman – Summary:

• Able to clearly understand project requirements and how to implement and deliver according to specification.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage a team towards the required deliverables.
• Strong ability to manage site records, reporting and delivery of resources control in terms of delivery and allocation of resources.
• Applicants must be hard working and have a strong ability to self-manage, be highly motivated and resilient and to take pride in their work.

Requirements

• Years of experience: Between five to 10 years on-site experience in residential property development
• Qualification: Minimum of a matric. Degree or diploma beneficial
