Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2021 – Fully Funded (300 Awards)

Applications are invited to apply for a fully-funded Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship 2021-22. Students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) can directly apply for the Hong Kong Ph.D. fellowship program.

Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Established by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong in 2009, the HKPFS aims at bringing the best and most brilliant students in the world to pursue their Ph.D. studies in Hong Kong’s universities.

The Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship is available in Hong Kong’s top 8 Universities. This is a fully-funded fellowship and will cover all the expenses for selected students to study in Hong Kong’s best universities.

• Ph.D. Candidates may choose up to two programs/ departments at one or two universities.
