Job description

What you will be responsible for:

  • Relationship management: Build and grow your vendor relationships
  • Vendor support: Answer vendor queries through an omnichannel environment
  • Vendor onboarding: Support new vendors through the onboarding process in order to make joining UBU simple and efficient
  • Business insights: Analyse and present vendor metrics in order to maximise the benefits they gain from our platform

Our expectations of you:

  • Own all facets of the account management process for high potential medium to large Vendors
  • Develop and maintains strategic relationships with executive members within Vendors management
  • Understand business growth drivers for Vendors and how to create an optimal growth path for them
  • Utilise internal resources to help Vendors grow and succeed by maximising the benefits vendors gain from all available growth levers, promotions, etc.
  • Analyse key Vendor metrics to enable the execution of data-driven solutions and act on opportunities.
  • Use data and analytics to make day-to-day business decisions, to identify underperformance and to nurture upcoming high potential Vendors
  • Contribute to product and operational enhancements to ensure scalability which delivers ongoing growth for all Personas
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and demonstrate the ability to be persuasive and influential
  • Drive small to medium size projects or contribute to larger Marketplace initiatives.
  • Understand the ecosystem of related Ubu products available to the Vendor base and provide recommendations to Vendors on how they might leverage these products.
  • Establish a network within the organisation in order to get the best out of UBU for your accounts
  • Flexibility in order to get the job done as and when required
