Job Description
TOTAL SA has an opportunity available for a Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) Site Manager (Northriding) to manage the implementation of TOTAL SA standards on site with focus on key strategic areas.
You will be responsible for:
VISION & STRATEGY MANAGEMENT
- Maintaining continuity of business every day for all departments
- Managing key HSEQ compliance & ensuring HSEQ site appointments
- Managing BBBEE planning – controllable vendors
- Maintaining and implementation of Quality Management System
- Maintaining Risk Management
- Managing Strategic Business Planning
- Managing and implementing a 12 month marketing plan
- Managing SWOT analysis and Action plan
BRANDING, MARKETING, RELATIONS & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
- Managing Branding, Marketing, Relations & Communications plan
- Cultivating a strong bond with Territory Manager and working together to formulate marketing plans along with marketing
- Building customer relations, new business relationships and attending to all customer complaints
- Seeking differentiation tactics
- Interacting with clients and Head Office team building trust and exploring ideas
- Implementing and trialling new added profit diversifications from Head Office
STRATEGIC ALLIANCE & LEGAL MANAGEMENT
- Managing Contracts
- Managing business partners (Steers etc)
- Managing HSEQ File
- Managing Retail license, Liquid Fuels Permit, Certificate of Acceptability
- Reviewing Insurance
- Managing Share holder & stakeholder Agreements
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Managing of Fuel and monitoring of fuel stock levels
- Managing shop & QSR performance
HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
- Managing the team and carrying out all people management activities
INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY
- Managing backup & fall back Procedures;
- Managing Hardware Acquisitions & software applications
- Planning and managing network & technology infra-structure
ASSET & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Managing:
- 12 Month Income Projections;
- Annual Audit
- Asset Acquisition
- Calculation & Payment of PAYE, UIF, SDL controls; VAT, SARS, etc
- Capturing of invoices (fuel) on Pastel
- Controlling operating cash flow, petty cash and manage daily bookkeeping
- Statements from creditors as well their payments
- Increasing of profitability
- Bank statements & reconciliations
- Fuel purchases from Oil company
- MIBCO submissions & Payments
- Personnel salaries and wages
- Implementation loss prevention, stock ordering based on sales, control expenses to avoid loss
- Submission of monthly reports for management accounts
Context and environment
Candidate profile
You possess the following:
- 3 years Degree plus 5 years relevant experience gained in a petrochemical sales environment
- Understanding of TSA Network and supporting functions business models and processes
- Knowledge and deep entrenchment of Total’s ambitions and values as well as roadmaps, including TSA’s policies and procedures
- People Management & Communication skills
- English is the working language
