Shambani Milk was founded by three entrepreneurial Agribusiness graduates from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in 2003, who saw an opportunity for small-scale farmers in the region to market their milk. The company is engaged in the collection, processing and marketing of milk and milk products in Morogoro and Dar es Salaam.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Direct Sales Representative Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and market analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
General Responsibilities
Opening new Points of Sales (POS) and increasing sales volume. Ensuring all orders are delivered on time. Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Presenting, promoting, and selling milk products by providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers. Strengthening relationships with customers and encouraging returning customers who stopped selling or using Shambani Milk products.
Ensuring all sales are entered into the Famoco App and receipts are issued properly. Ensuring all funds are deposited in the bank on the day sales are made and reports are sent to the Finance department daily. Attending to any other responsibilities assigned by your reporting leader or any person chosen by the company.
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma/Bachelorās degree in the respective field.
Sales and market activation experience.
Computer skills (Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word).
Valid driving license (Car & Motor bicycle).
Experience in selling milk products will be an added advantage.
SALARY SCALE: As per the Shambani Milk Limited Salary Scale.
