1: Butcher
▪ Certificate or Diploma in Meat Processing, Food Production, or a related field.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in butchery or meat processing.
▪ Proven ability to break down whole beef and sheep carcasses.
▪ Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques,hygiene, and food safety.
▪ Ability to communicate in English and handle physically demanding work.
2: Heavy Equipment & Tractor Operator Trainer
• Technical Training Certificate in Heavy Equipment Operation; OR
• Relevant technical qualification combined with substantial practical experience; OR
• Internal candidates with demonstrated competence in operating company tractors and/or heavy equipment, willing and able to complete a structured Trainer Development Programme.
• Practical experience operating tractors and/or heavy equipment such as crawlers, excavators, graders, and backhoe loaders.

3: Rangeland and Livestock Supervisor
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, Animal Husbandry, Livestock Production, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of livestock production, animal health, nutrition, and welfare.
• Skills in pasture management, grazing systems, and sustainable livestock production.
• Strong leadership, planning, reporting, and computer skills.
