KCA University Prospective candidates who are offered provisional admission or probably seeking admission into the KCA Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course and Non-Degree) Programme for 2021/2022 academic session are hereby informed that the management of the institution has released the amount they are required to pay as acceptance fee.

KCA University accepts a variety of payment methods and will be flexible in its approach to collecting tuition fees payments from those required to do so. The Credit Control office at the university is always at hand to discuss fee payment modes to ensure that student learning is not affected by fee requirements.

Pay via MPESA!
- Select ‘Lipa na M-PESA’ from the Mpesa menu
- Select ‘Pay Bill’
- Input Business Number: 300078
- Input your Student Registration or Admission number as the account number
- Enter the amount of the fees
- Enter your M-PESA PIN
- Confirm your payment.
