However, it is critical to note that late applications are subject to the availability of space and academic capacity. How to apply for late application at unisa

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to apply for a late application at UNISA:

  • Visit the UNISA application page at www.unisa.ca.za.
  • Once the page opens, click on “Apply” at the top left corner of the menu bar.
  • Click on first-time applicants and choose your qualification.
  • Ensure that you read all the set instructions and terms.
  • Select your qualification and proceed to submit your personal details.
  • Submit all required documents and click “Submit.”
  • UNISA will require you to pay application fees, which are shown upon detailed submission.
  • Pay the application fee at the required place and submit the receipt as proof of payment.

Who Must Apply?

  • If you want to start a new qualification, you must apply for admission. This includes first-time Unisa applicants and Unisa students changing to a new qualification and/or specialty.
  • If you are completing a higher certificate, you must apply for admission if you want to continue with undergraduate studies.
  • if you previously applied for admission and were offered a space but did not accept the offer and/or did not register for any reason, you must re-apply for admission.
  • If you plan to enrol for classes at a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college under the Unisa-TVET agreement, you must apply for admission.
