Benefits of the EnFlotech Draughting Learnership

The primary goal of the programme is to develop competent entry-level draughtspersons capable of working in engineering environments.

Participants will receive:

  • Structured theoretical training

Through this combined approach, learners gain the ability to produce professional technical drawings and support engineering teams effectively.

Programme Duration and Training Structure

The learnership runs for 18 months, aligned with national SETA training requirements.

The programme consists of two major components.

  1. Institutional Learning (Theoretical Training)

Training will be delivered by an accredited training provider and will cover key technical topics such as:

  • Engineering drawing principles
  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Mechanical design basics
  • ISO draughting standards
  • Quality and safety procedures
  • Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) preparation

Students may also receive training on industry CAD software such as:

These tools are widely used in engineering, manufacturing, architecture, and industrial design.

  1. Workplace Learning

Learners will also gain real experience at Enflotech Head Office, working under the supervision of experienced engineers and draughtspersons.
