Go to the official e-Recruitment website:
https://z83.ngnscan.co.za/apply
• Click Register on the homepage
• Complete all required fields:
• Full name and surname
• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Review the Terms and Conditions and POPIA statements. Tick
the boxes to accept
• Click Create Account to create your account
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address
Open it and click the link to verify your profile
Tip: Use a personal email you check regularly
Reminder: Your password must contain at least 8 characters,
including one capital letter, one number and special characters

Login
• Enter your email address and
password, then click Log In
• Once logged in, your Dashboard
will appear. This is your home
screen
• The Dashboard shows:
• Your Z83 Profile (Form)
• Vacancies
• Profile Security

click on My Z83 Profile
Proceed through each
category:

• Uploads: Attach your CV and
supporting documents
• Declaration and Signature:
Read carefully, tick the
declaration, and click Save
You have completed the Z83 Form

From your Dashboard, click on Vacancies
• Browse all active job postings
• When you find a suitable post, click Actions, View, review the full job advertisement
• Click Apply for Vacancy

• Once you click on Apply for Vacancy a pop-up box will appear prompting you to answer Killer Questions
• Once you have answered the questions, click Next

A pop-up box will appear promoting you to upload your qualifications and all supporting documents that have been requested. Click on browse and add documents
• Click Submit Application

Resetting Password & Security Features

To Reset Password:

  • Go to Profile Security
  • Enter your current and new password

Follow email instructions

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  • Go to Profile Security
  • Follow setup instructions
  • Enable 2FA for extra protection

 This adds an extra layer of security to your account.
