About the Coega Internship Programme

The Coega Internship Programme is aimed at developing young talent by providing structured training and real-world work exposure. Interns are placed in relevant departments where they assist with projects, administrative tasks, research, and technical assignments aligned with their qualifications.

The programme supports national youth development goals and helps graduates transition from academic learning to professional careers.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Degree, or Honours (NQF Level 6–8 depending on role)
Age Requirement: Not older than 35 years

Compliance — Gqeberha

Minimum qualification:

  • National Diploma in Office Administration

  • National Diploma in Business Administration

Tshwane Programme — Pretoria

Minimum qualification:

  • National Diploma in Office Administration

  • National Diploma in Business Administration

Applicants must include the business unit and location as the email subject/reference when applying.

Qualification Level Requirements

Applicants must hold:

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6)
