The Application window are now Open for City Power Infrastructure Skills Development Grant (ISDG) Graduate Programme for the year 2026.This is fixed 3-year fixed-term “Road to Professionalisation” programme.

What Is the City Power ISDG Graduate Programme?

The ISDG Graduate Programme is a structured skills development initiative aimed at empowering young graduates through practical training, mentorship, and professional exposure within City Power Johannesburg. The programme falls under the Governance & Corporate Services group and is managed by the Human Capital Management department.

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

  • BSc/BEng (NQF 7) in Electrical Engineering
  • Unemployed
  • South African citizen
  • Valid SA ID
  • Under 35 years old
