CBE Volunteer Vacancies 2026 are now available at the College of Business Education (CBE) Mwanza Campus. The College is inviting applications from suitable, qualified and experienced Tanzanian graduates of CBE for 11 Volunteer Instructor positions in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and Taxation, Accounting, and Information Communication Technology (ICT). Successful applicants will be involved in teaching, research, student project supervision, examination invigilation, consultancy and community services.
The College of Business Education was established by the College of Business Education CAP 315 R.E.2002 (CBE Act). It is a Public Higher Learning institution which provides Teaching, Research and Consultancy Services in the field of Accountancy, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management and Other Business Administration related disciplines.
1.0: POSITION: VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTOR – BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (2
POST)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. The applicant must have studied the same discipline/specialization at theBachelor’s Degree level and must have graduated from the College of Business Education (CBE) at least three (3) years prior to the date of this advertisement.
Applicants must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.8 in their Bachelor’s Degree, or a B+ grade in the relevant subject, or its equivalent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.Teaches all Business Administration modules of NTA level 4 up to NTA level 6.
ii. Prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises;

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (3 POST)
2.1 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Human Resource Management or a related field. The applicant must have studied the same discipline/specialization at the Bachelor’s Degree level and must have graduated from the College of Business Education (CBE) at least three (3) years prior to the date of this advertisement.
