  • Have passed Maths / Maths Literacy / Accounting
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Not have attended a previous learnership
  • Not be registered with any academic institution
  • Not be studying during the programme
  • Have reliable transport
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work independently
  • Show initiative
  • Have basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet) – advantageous
  • Own a smartphone or laptop – advantageous
