You have not been chosen to enrol in the University if your name does not show on this UPNG selection list 2023 PDF.
• On Tuesday, February 1, 2023, the Orientation Program for incoming students will start. The first day of classes is Monday, February 14, 2023.
• A Letter of Offer and an Invoice will be sent to every new student who has been accepted to study at UPNG.
• If new students do not pay the mandatory fees in full by Friday, February 4, 2023, the offer and enrollment at the university will be automatically withdrawn.
• All payments for tuition must be sent electronically to “UPNG TUITION FEE ACCOUNT NO.: 1000584013; BSP; WAIGANI BANKING CENTRE.” Soon, information on these electronic payments will be made available on the university website.
• In order to be confirmed in their designated rooms, new students who have been assigned a room in advance must pay at least 50% of the Board & Lodging Fees by Friday, February 11, 2023.
Please be aware that lodging is not guaranteed. Based on predetermined criteria, the available rooms are assigned. Students who have not received pre-arranged housing are not required to pay board and lodging costs. They are required to find their own housing away from the university campus.
• All new residential students must pay the K250 refundable Security Bond Fee before moving into their assigned rooms.
