Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Quality Assurance department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Quality Controller, which is based in Pretoria. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader: Processing. Key purpose responsible for Incoming Inspection, Verifications, Releases and QC analyses through reliable and timely accurate assessments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Output
• Produced and released syrups • Verified Ingredients • Reliable, calibrated lab equipment • Sanitized equipment • Completed data sheets and Infinity updates • Completed and recorded quality control tests • Maintained safe and hygienic work area • Solved situational problems • Maintained and repaired lab equipment • Developed and achieved team goals • Managed own development and performance

Skills, Experience & Education Qualification & Experience
• National Diploma in Food Technology or Micro Biology • 2 Years production experience in an FMCG environment • Knowledge and experience of Laboratory and Quality practices • Must be able to work independently • Good vision, taste, hearing and sense of smell
