Job description
Our Nomad Now client, an expert quality and compliance service provider and agent insight service provider, is looking for a human resource generalist. The preferred candidate will have minimum of three years’ experience in HR administration dealing with at least 200 employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HR administration dealing with at least 200 employees
- Experience in biometrics is advantageous
- Good coordination, conflict management skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle labour disputes and remedy any issues an employee might have
- Deal with union matters
- Policy development and documentation
- Payroll management
- Recruiting candidates that fit the culture of the business
- Train all levels of the business on how to operate seamlessly to follow HR processes
