How to Delete Search History in Google Photos
How to Delete Search History in Google Photos Not only is Google Images a handy location for storing and organizing photos, but it also provides a mechanism for users to share their creations with one another and engage in conversation with one another.
It’s possible that you’ll come upon an undesirable image at some point that will stay in your history. When something like this occurs, it is in your best interest to delete the photograph as soon as possible to avoid getting into a scenario where you might have to explain why you have a certain photo in your Google Photos history.
In this particular scenario, it is in your best interest to delete the history and take the snapshot out of the activity log. The procedure will be outlined in this post for your convenience.
Clear your Google history completely.
The fastest and safest approach to remove your Google Photos search history is to delete all activity associated with your Google account for a predetermined amount of time. However, using this technique will erase all of your activity on Google products.
This implies that everything associated with your Google account right now, including all Google Images, Google Maps locations, and YouTube videos you’ve searched for, would vanish.
Therefore, before moving forward, be sure to backup everything you require. Or choose a brief period that won’t significantly interfere with your other tasks. For instance, selecting to keep the past hour of interactions with a particular Google image will probably save most of the crucial information.
The steps below can be used to remove all activity from your Google account:
1. Open your browser and navigate to Google’s My Activity page.
2. Log in using the credentials for your account. Use the Google account that you used to interact with the image, please.
3. Next to the search bar, click the More button (a vertical row of three dots).
4.From the drop-down option, choose Delete activity by.
5. Select the preferred period from the list of choices on the left.
When you select the All Time option, everything you’ve ever interacted with through apps linked to your Google account will be deleted.
If you have engaged with the photo recently, it is safer to select either the Last Hour or a Custom range period. However, you can only select a number of days using this option. You cannot select an hourly timeframe.
Simply confirm your selection after selecting a time frame, and the image will vanish from history.
