  1. Open the text message app on your phone
  2. Type “NIN” then space and type your eleven (11) digit NIN number e.g NIN 23674325679
  3. Enter 55019 or 66019
  4. You wil receive your ten (10) digit JAMB profile code
  5. Go to a JAMB CBT centre to complete your registration
  6. Pay ₦4,700 to purchase the JAMB E-pin

ou can also get your JAMB profile code by dialling *55019*1*NIN# or *66019*1*NIN# to get your ten (10) digits JAMB profile code.

The JAMB profile creation is fifty naira (₦50).

How to Retrieve JAMB Profile Code

  1. Open the text message app on your phone
  2. Enter 55019 or 66019 as text receiver
  3. Type RESEND
  4. Send text message
  5. You will receive your profile code

The JAMB profile code does not expire.

How to Create JAMB Profile Code Online

  1. Visit the JAMB facility website

    Click on Sign up for UTME/DE

  2. Click on Create an account

    Select the blue button to create a JAMB profile account

  3. Enter your email address and details below

    Fill out the form with your correct email address, phone number and security answers.

  4. Click on the Ok button

    Select the Ok button on the email verification page

  5. Click on the JAMB message sent to your mailbox

    Open your Gmail app to see your JAMB profile code

  6. Click on the JAMB link inside the message from JAMB

    Select “Click here to continue your Profile Creation”

  7. Enter your personal details

    Type your first, second and middle name. Select your gender.

  8. Select Date of Birth

  9. Enter your phone number and place of origin

  11. Proceed to Login

    Your account creation is successful

  12. Login to your account
