- When you communicate, you should accept responsibilities and stay accountably to your actions. Effective communication can only happen where there is trust, reliability and responsibility, therefore avoiding emotional stress to yourself and others.
- Communicating effectively means respecting the feelings of others. When you show respect for the feeling of others, they will show respect for you and your feelings.
