A progressive multinational company seeks dynamic Financial Accountant CA (SA) with two to five years of post articles experience who can evolve with the company’s growth. This role requires a hands-on and independent-minded individual with strong initiative and the ability to build and maintain sound professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Full Financial Accounting function to ensure that effective processes and controls are in place to produce accurate and timely financial information
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements for all required foreign entities in the group
- Prepare audit deliverables and oversee the successful completion of external audits within three months of the financial year-end
- Cash flow management
- Process payments through various foreign bank accounts
- Develop business plans
- Timeous submission of financial information to ensure statutory compliance
- Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Qualified CA (SA)
- Completed articles with a medium-sized audit firm
- Two to five years of post article experience
- Computer literate (MS Office package)
- QuickBooks accounting experience
- Own transport essential
- Experience with foreign taxes an advantage
- Willing to travel locally and internationally when required
