Job description
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall marketing responsibility for casino brands
- Work with the senior brand manager to ensure the casino strategy is executed effectively
- Deliver and drive customer retention plans for your markets and brands
- Analyse and report how your brands are performing
- Develop and optimise life cycles; monitor patterns and trends
- Create and setup profit maximising offers and promotions
- Display expertise and take ownership of marketing automation software
- Monitor and report on the performance of offers and promotions
- Ensure growth within your casino channel by analysing and segmenting the market
- Drive maximum values from casino players by working effectively within the marketing strategy
- Ensure marketing communications are in-line with promotion mechanics
- Attend to marketing issues raise through the contact centre
Essential criteria:
- Proven previous experience in driving a CRM strategy across the casino product
- Experience of improving retention rates
- Proven experience in analysing promotion campaigns and making recommendations
- A solid understanding of the campaign set up and delivery process
- Wide range of knowledge implementing creative email marketing campaigns & promotions
- Proven people management experience
Requirements
- Three to five years’ experience of working in the Online Gaming Industry or E-Commerce Industry
- Professional Marketing qualification or demonstrable competence at this level
- Extensive experience and understanding of Casino products and excellent knowledge of casino offers and campaigns relating to different segments
- Ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
- Results-driven
