Cape Town Child Welfare seeks to appoint the Human Resource Assistant to be based in Cape Town.

Report to: Director

Responsibilities:

The successful incumbent must handle confidential matters sensitively and prevent it from being compromised. Duties will include the following areas:

• Personnel
• Recruitment
• Insurance Claims
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Benefits
• Coordinate volunteers
• General

Adhoc duties as requested by the Director or his/her designate.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources
• Min of 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with HR/Payroll system, knowledge of Workman’s Compensation,
• OSHA regulations and labour laws a must.
• Driver’s license and competency test certificate, police clearance, form 30 (Child Protection Register check) essential
