Important of PATs  for Grade 12

All applicants providing disciplines with a practical component are required to complete a practical assessment assignment (PAT), which counts for 25% (100 points) of the final promotion grade. The first three terms of the academic year see the implementation of the PAT. This is divided into many stages or a collection of smaller PAT exercises. The PAT enables frequent evaluation of students throughout the academic year as well as evaluation of abilities that cannot be evaluated in a written format, such as a test or examination. To guarantee that students are evaluated at the conclusion of the school year, it is crucial that schools make sure all students complete the practical assessment activities within the allotted time.
