The All exams registration they must be done through Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS),Follow the Bellow Instruction to get Registered.

1. Applicants should access the OLEASS by visiting the website oleass-napolcom.com.
2. Fill out the application for by filling out the required fields and then click the SUBMIT button.
3. If the registration is successful, a confirmation will appear on the screen. If not, the process should be repeated.
4. CLICK on the link to print the Letter of Confirmation which will reflect the applicants examination center, examination title, schedule, reference number, Place of processing, Requirements and the date to access and fill out the online examination application form through the Query Module of the OLEASS.
5. Access the Query Module of the OLEASS for the electronic filling out of application form. Enter all the information in the application form, print and present to the Regional Office during your scheduled appointment date together with the confirmation schedule.
6. Proceed to the NAPOLCOM Regional Office or to the office indicated on the confirmation letter and present all the documentary requirements for assessment, payment of prescribed fees and issuance of Notice of Admission (NOA).

2. Enter or Edit your Personal information
3. Recheck your Information then Press SUBMIT
4. Print out the online schedule confirmation
5. Bring the Printed -filled Documents to the Napolcom Office

Required Documents for Napolcom Exam Application

1. Printed letter-reply with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled appointment.

2. Electronic Application (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and Index Card, duly accomplished by the applicant and two (2) recent and identical 1 x 1 ID pictures (in color) with white background and complete name tag (indicated rank before the first, middle, and last name, if PNP member).

3. One (1) legal-size window envelope with twenty pesos (PhP 20.00) worth of mailing stamps.

4. Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order issued by CHED) and Diploma from CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.

5. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Certified True Copy of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA.

6. For Patrolman/Patrolwoman Pat/PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.

What should examinees bring in the examination?

The examinees should bring the following:

1. Notice of Admission (NOA);
2. Pencil No. 2;
3. Two (2) Government issued IDs with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc.). STRICTLY “NO I.D, NO EXAMINATION”;
4. All examined must fill up their Health Declaration Form/NAPOLCOM Telehealth QR Code and must present ANY of the following:
5. Vaccination Card (for fully vaccinated individuals) AND a Medical Certificate issued by Licensed Private Physician OR Government Physician;
6. Negative Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Test Result (for non-fully vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals) issued within 72 hours before the exam;
7. Negative COVID-19 Antigen Test Result (for non-fully vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals) issued within 72 hours before the exam;
8. Any other requirements as may be required by the LGU in their testing centers (if any).
