Job Vacancy At OMEGA Tax – Social Media Marketing Specialist October 2022 Driver Information Services is an ICT company which works to improve the interaction of taxi passangers and transport. We own a application for which we are able to facilitate such activities.

What will this role involve

• Planning engaging content and creating future content plans which feed into relevant business objectives.
• Creating social media contents and managing this on instagram and facebook.
• Ensuring content delivered is relevant and timely.
• Monitoring our social media
• Engaging with audience on Instagram including responding to messages or comments as appropriate and relevant.

What are we looking for?

• A strong understanding of the role of digital and social media as an internal communications tool and in showcasing organisational value and strengthening brand profile.
• Proven Experience of maintaining social media platforms and working as social media marketing specialist, particularly Instagram and facebook, with a familiarity of best practices for posting and responding to comments and messages with a sense of irony.
• Understanding of new, fresh approaches to ensure that Driver information services is maximising social media channels and reaching and engaging our target audiences.
• Familiarity with social and design software (e.g. Adobe, Falcon.io and SEMRush CANVA)
• Proven experince in graphic designing
• Ability to work with layer tools, overlay of texts, headings.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adequately, and know the basics of marketing.
• Recognition of facebook and instagram  alogarithms (when and what to post, so that the account is organicaly promoted), must know the site policy and consider safe zone when posting.

Education Requiremnts and Experience

Bachelor degree in business, marketing, public relations, IT, Communication and any related fields

Experience 1- 3 years
