Jobs Description
Job Type: Full-time
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Language: English (compulsory), Swahili and Chinese.
Minimum Experience: less than 1 year
Report to : Chinese Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Strong interest in sales and ability to work under pressure.
- Find potential customers independently according to the product information and samples provided by the office, negotiate with customers, make the deal, arrange delivery and collect payment.
- Providing weekly report on each Sunday about the sales and collection, customer visits, market demand, competitors, and next week’s plan.
- Monthly Summary and plan should be submitted at the end of each month.
- Salary composition: basic salary + the commission calculated according to the monthly individual sales return’s amount.
- Internship period: Three (3) months. Achieve the monthly sales target is a necessary condition for becoming a Formal employee, If the monthly sales target is not achieved in three months, the company has the right to dismiss.
