Mthashana TVET College has officially Open the Application window for the N6 Funded In-Service Training for the Academic year 2026.This funded opportunity is designed to help N6 graduates gain the practical workplace experience required to complete their National Diploma qualifications.

Duration and Stipend

Participants will undergo:

  • 18 months of workplace training
  • Monthly stipend of R5 000

The stipend helps cover transport, meals, and basic living costs while candidates gain practical experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform duties such as:

  • Tasks assigned by workplace supervisors
  • Administrative or operational responsibilities relevant to training field
  • Activities aligned with National Diploma requirements
  • Practical learning linked to DHET curriculum outcomes

This ensures graduates develop real industry competencies rather than theoretical knowledge alone.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following:

  • Hold an N6 Certificate in the relevant programme
  • Be a registered or former Mthashana TVET College student
  • Require workplace training for National Diploma completion
  • Submit all required documentation correctly
  • Apply for only one post

Applicants with a confirmed host employer letter will have an added advantage.
