QUALIFICATIONS TO JOIN TANZANIA PRISONS SERVICES
1. Be a Tanzanian (Mainland Tanzania)
2. Must be between 18 and 25 years old
3. He should have a height of 5 ”7”
4. He has not been convicted of any criminal offense
5. Not be married
6. Have a Form Four education and onwards
7. Have good manners
8. Be healthy
Other educational qualifications are based on the requirements of the relevant job advertisement at the time.
Note:Candidates who fail medical examinations shall be disqualified, those found to be personating or carrying forged academic documents shall be prosecuted. Candidates who would not have reported to the interview by the said date will be assumed to have turned down the offer and their vacancies shall be forfeited to those on the waiting list. Candidates on the waiting list shall be summoned later.
