The history of LITa

Leadership Institute of Tanzania (LITa) was established in 2014 with the aim of conducting short courses in Management/Leadership.

Who we are

LITa is a subsidiary of TRETEM Network of Schools Ltd and an institution dealing with training of various groups of people in the society. These include Employees in Management/Leadership positions, Special groups like Women, Youth and People with disabilities. Our aim is to enable them achieve their public leadership goals through training and capacity building methods. We are working in collaboration with Dar es Salaam School of Journalism (DSJ), also based in Ilala Area in Dar es Salaam.
