Job Vacancies at Platinum Credit Ltd Tanzania March 2023 Platinum Credit Limited is a credit only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Tanzania under the Company’s Act and it was founded in 2005 with a vision to provide emergency loans to Civil Servants and self employed in more than 60 branches all over the country.

Job Tittle: Relationship Officer 

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that the portfolio is performing within the company acceptable limits.
• Ensure conversions of pre-banking, demand and repossession buckets are within company acceptable limits.
• Ensure retention of customers.
• Address customer concerns/complaints
• Provide support to all other functions of the department and company
• Ensure all new customers are on-boarded successfully within 3 days of allocation.
• Ensure settlements are done timely and according to the company policies.
• Ensure constant and frequent communication with clients providing complete, concise account information and guidance.
• Prepare weekly portfolio performance reports.
• Daily conversion reports.
• Report on key findings, issues and concerns that arise.

Job Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years’ experience.
• Proficient in computer application.
• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team.
• Good Customer care skills.
• Good problem analysis and solving skills.
• Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills.
• Work Stations: Dar es Salaam and Arusha.

• Monitor daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers.
• Ensures the team follows a clear direction, and motivates the team towards greater productivity.
• Ensure high ethical standards are maintained.
