However, it has limited resources to enable it execute all its activities. Thus identification of the strategic activities becomes critical.Kakonko district council strategic plan of 2013/2014- 2017/2018 aims at implementing some achievements that included development of a number of operational policies, procedures, improved services delivery, and rehabilitation of physical infrastructure.The preparation of the 2013/14 – 2017/18 strategic plan underlines the importance ofcareful utilization of the available scarce resources for purposes of providing quality.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
