IAE Courses Admission Entry Requirements Institute of Adult Education -Sifa za kujiunga Taasisi ya Elimu ya watu wazima The Institute of Adult Education (IAE) is a public Institution established through the parliamentary Act No.12 of 1975 and granted autonomous status under the Ministry of Education,Science and Technology (MoEST). Amongst other functions, IAEis responsible for provision of adult and non–formaleducation (NFE) in the country as well astrainingofteachers and administrators in Adult Education. The Institute of Adult Educationoffers programmesfrom certificate to bachelor degree levels. The programmes are offered throughmode as well as Open and Distance Learningmode.
The IAEherebyinvitesapplications from qualified in–serviceapplicants to join itsvarious programmes for the 2021/2022academic year. Pre–serviceapplicantswith relevant qualifications are also invited to apply. Application forms for Certificateand Diploma Programmes are freely available atthe Institute of Adult Education Regional Resident Tutors’ Offices and can also be downloadedat www.iae.ac.tzwhere applicants can also apply online. The filled formsshould be returned to the IAE’s Headquartersthrough Post Office to the Rector, Institute of Adult Education, P.O.
