How to register your CV with Transnet

You are able to register your cv on the Transnet website. To do this, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Visit the Transnet Careers Website

  • Go to: https://www.transnet.net
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Careers” or directly access:
    https://www.transnet.net/Career/Pages/Career.aspx

Step 2: Access the e-Recruitment Portal

  • On the Careers page, look for the link that says “Go to e-Recruitment” or “Register/Login”
  • This will take you to the recruitment platform used by Transnet.

Step 3: Register a New Account

  • Click on “Register” if you are a first-time user.
  • Fill in the required information:
    • Username (e.g., your email address)
    • Password (create a secure password)
    • Personal details (Full name, ID number or Passport number, contact information)
    • Email address (ensure it’s active and accessible)

Note: Always use a valid and working email address – this will be used for verification and communication.

Step 4: Confirm Your Registration

  • After filling in the registration form, you’ll receive a verification email.
  • Open your email inbox and click the confirmation link provided.
  • You can now log in to the Transnet e-Recruitment portal.

How to Create and Complete Your Profile

Once registered, it’s crucial to complete your profile before applying for jobs.

Step 1: Log into Your Account

  • Visit the e-Recruitment login page.
  • Enter your username (email) and password, then click “Login.”

Step 2: Complete Personal Information

  • Navigate to “My Profile” or “Edit Profile”
  • Provide the following details:
    • Full name
    • National ID or Passport Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Gender, Race, and Citizenship
    • Contact number and physical address

Step 3: Upload Your CV and Documents

  • Upload an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Attach certified copies of:
    • Matric certificate or highest qualification
    • ID document or Passport
    • Driver’s License (if required)
    • Other relevant certificates

Make sure all files are clear and legible, and preferably in PDF format.
