About the DHL YES 4 Youth Programme
The YES 4 Youth Learnership at DHL is designed to equip young people with practical logistics and workplace skills. Participants will work in warehouses and operational areas while learning how supply chains operate.
Participants will assist with various operational duties while learning how large-scale supply chain environments operate.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Loading and offloading goods according to delivery procedures
- Following instructions from team leaders and managers

- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards
