Dedan Kimathi University of Technology Prospective candidates who are offered provisional admission or probably seeking admission into the DeKUT Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course and Non-Degree) Programme for 2021/2022 academic session are hereby informed that the management of the institution has released the amount they are required to pay as acceptance fee.

DeKUT Fees Structure Schedule
The Office of the registrar academic affairs, Dedan Kimathi University has released the 2020/2020 fee structure.
The government of Kenya sponsored students will pay Kshs. 8,000 as tuition fee every semester. However, there are other additional charges such as registration fee, activity fee, computer fee, medical fee, student union, examination fee, and KUCCPS fee among others. For the first semester, these charges sum up to Kshs. 12, 050 making a total of Kshs. 20, 050 while the second semester is Kshs. 8,170 which totals to Kshs. 16,170. This is to simply Kshs. 36,220 for an academic year.
However, this fee is for Kenyan students under the Government sponsorship, for self-sponsored and international students their fee is slightly higher than the latter.
Payment Procedure
There are certain submissions as to the payment of the School Fees.

On a need for accommodation service, students may have another additional charge of Kshs 5, 000 but should only be paid if the university gives accommodation to the students.
