The Guest Account Request Form may be requested from the guest by a member of the Cal Poly Pomona professor or staff who is serving as the sponsor.
The guest must fill out the form and agree to the usage agreement after carefully reading all of the criteria.
A confirmation email for the creation of the guest account will be sent to the visitor and sponsor after the form has been submitted.
Within an hour of the sponsor accepting account authorization, a guest account will be created in the Blackboard system.
An supplementary email including Blackboard log-in instructions will be sent to the visitor.
The guest will be manually added to the programme or organisation, and the sponsor will be notified by email.
