- Review and improve VSSS policies and benefit structure.

National Secondary Education Examination Certificate (form IV) with at least three passes in any subjects. Must have a valid driving license of class ‘C’ with a driving experience of not less than three years and a certificate of competent and be computer literate
12.1 Position: Registry Clerk II (2 POST)
12.2 Location: Unguja-Zanzibar
12.3 Reports to: Human Resources Manager
12.4 Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the central filing system, including the preparation of new files,
- Maintain supporting index systems,
- Retrieval of information, review of information kept and destruction of files in accordance with current requirements.
- Maintain the legal documents indexing system ensuring effective retrieval of information, and accuracy of recording systems.
- Ensure that all files and legal documents are checked in and out of the system in accordance with current procedures.
- Ensure filing of documentation is undertaken on a frequent basis.
- Control file movement order.
- Perform any other duties assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
