Salary and Job Grades
The positions are placed under different SADC job grades with competitive annual salaries:

Contract Duration
The appointment will initially be for a fixed period of four (4) years. The contract may be renewed twice for additional periods of four years, subject to the applicable conditions.
These include:
- Successful completion of a six-month probation period
- Satisfactory performance
- The applicant remaining below the mandatory retirement age of 60
- Continued need for the position
Eligibility Requirements
The vacancies are open to qualified Tanzanian applicants aged 52 years or below.
