Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting vehicles before and after every trip to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
  • Transporting government employees on official assignments.

  • Maintaining and updating the vehicle logbook for every journey.

2. Office Management Secretary Grade II – 5 Posts

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will:

  • Type official and confidential letters, reports, and documents.
  • Receive visitors, identify their needs, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain records of appointments, meetings, visitors, official travel, and schedules.
  • Retrieve files and documents required for official duties.
  • Receive and distribute files to the relevant departments and officers.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and document records.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist in organizing meetings.
  • Prepare office stationery and equipment requirements.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

  • Form IV or Form VI Certificate.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies.
  • Passes in English and Kiswahili Shorthand at 100 words per minute.
