How to check KCSE results for a whole school
If you are a school principal, checking KCSE results online is possible. You can download and print the KCSE results of your students using this procedure.
- Open any browser on your computer.
- Visit the KNEC online portal.
- Log in to the portal using the username and password you provided during registration. If you are new to the portal, click on the registration tab to create an account.
- Once you have logged in to the portal, you should search for the tab labelled From Index. You should then proceed to key in the index number of the first candidate. In the box labelled ‘To Index Number’, key in the index number of the last candidate in your school.
- You should then proceed to click on ‘View Report’.
- Once all the slips have been loaded, you should click on the Export tab.
- Select the format that you wish, either Word or PDF.
- All the slips will be saved on your computer. You can proceed to print the slips.
