| Role Purpose | The role is suited for a detail-oriented individual passionate about delivering a positive service experience to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an essential team member contributing to excellent service delivery and supporting sales creation within the MDS team. |
| Requirements | Relevant NQF Level 6 business-related tertiary qualification; proficiency in English (essential) and Afrikaans (advantage), both written and verbal; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel). |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Providing administrative support to daily operations; assisting the Agreements Support team; establishing and maintaining filing systems (electronic and/or paper); preparing scheduled reports; capturing, maintaining, and updating information in relevant databases to ensure accurate record-keeping. |
