TUDARCo Prospective candidates who are offered provisional admission or probably seeking admission into the Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCo) Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course and Non-Degree) Programme are hereby informed that the management of the institution has released the amount they are required to pay as acceptance fee.

Open University of Tanzania (OUT) Fees covers tuition fees, course material fees, registration fees, examination fees, accommodation fees & other charges for the session.

Note:1	Meals, accomodation and transport allowances are arranged personally between the student and his/her sponsor.
	However the College is proposing Tshs 10,000 per day for 240 days per each academic year.
2	All payments except students union fee should be addressed to TUMAINI UNIVERSITY DAR ES SALAAM COLLEGE
	and deposited in one of the following bank accounts :- CRDB – 01J1021002200 OR
	Maendeleo Bank-013828266011.
3	Students Union fee Tshs 25,000 should be addressed to TUSO-DARCO and deposited in the bank account number 0150021957100
	at CRDB or 023915346021 at Maendeleo bank plc
4	It is recommended to clear all the required payments at the begginning of the first semester to avoid unnessesary disturbances.
5	No student will be allowed to sit for any examination before clearing the required fee amount.
6	Any financial fraud shall lead to discontinuation from studies and shall be reported to the police for further legal action.

Tuition fees can be paid into our Bank Accounts by the following methods:

Paying your fees

i. Personal cheque (drawn on a Tanzania account)
ii. Bankers’ draft (in Tanzania Shillings or equivalent)
Please note that payment in cash is not accepted at the College.

NOTE: The College reserves the right to change fees, deposits and other charges provided the students and their sponsors are notified before the academic year that follows when the changes will be applicable.

Policy on Payment of fees.

A prospective student must complete the fee payment agreement and file it with the Bursar.
A student is not allowed into any lecture or tutorial session and cannot enjoy any College facility without being appropriately registered with the College.
Any student attempting to attend classes or access any other College facility is subject to expulsion.
